Explanation
geek.menu can display shortcuts to arbitrary locations either on the host computer (this may not be portable) or in locations on the Host or TrueCrypt Volume other than the \PortableApps path.

These are defined by right clicking in the application icon area and choosing "Add Shortcut".  It is recommended that you only select applications from the geek.menu drive or the encrypted drive, however, you can also select applications from the host computer as well.  However, this may result in unexpected behavior when running geek.menu on another computer.
